Training Order Preparations

When submitting training orders Form (Request for Training Authority - NSCTNG 001 (REV 09/09), please follow these requirements:

1. Submit Forms No Later Than (TBD when information from National Headquarters is released) to the Admin Office.

2. Every Block must be filled in (ID Card Expiration Date, Rank, PRT Passed/Failed, Insurance Information (if no insurance, must put "no Insurance"), Current E-mail Address)

3. Dates are wirtten as DD/MMM/YR such as 19 MAR 12

4. Medications needed by a Cadet on a Training must be documented on NSCTNG 025 Form. This form can be found on the next column over on this page.

NSCTNG 001: REQUEST FOR TRAINING AUTHORITY NSCC/NLCC CADET (Rev 09/08) Use to request NSCC/NLCC Cadet orders from NHQ for nationally organized training. To obtain this form click here.

The following forms provide supplimental information in supporting cadet training requitrements:

NSCTNG 013: NSCC/NLCC TRAINING CHECK OFF LIST (Rev 05/10) Used by Unit Commanding Officer to ensure that NSCC/NLCC Cadets are prepared physically, medically, logistically, and administratively for participation in training programs. To obtain this form click here.

NSCTNG 020: NSCC/NLCC CADET EXERCISE CHART (Rev 02/02) Use track NSCC/NLCC Cadet exercise performance for semi-annual and AT participation screening. To obtain this form click here.

NSCTNG 025: MEDICAL HISTORY SUPPLEMENTAL FOR TRAINING AUTHORIZATION, CONSENT AND RELEASE (Rev 05/09) For use by NSCC/NLCC Cadets who are currently are taking prescription or non-prescription medications.
